La Crosse, WI – October 1, 2010 – Michaels Engineering is pleased to announce that its energy efficiency services will be delivered under a new name and logo, Michaels Energy.

Michaels’ Energy Division has grown in recent years to provide many energy program-related services that are an extension of our energy-efficiency engineering services.  These services include market potential studies and assessments, strategic development, and program design, development, management, and evaluation.

As a division of Michaels Engineering, Michaels Energy will deliver the same industry-leading engineering and program services to utilities, consultants, regulators, and end-users as it has for 25 years.

Simpson Security Paper hires Michaels for Feasibility Study La Crosse, WI – June 1, 2007 – Simpson Security Paper recently hired Michaels Engineering to conduct a feasibility study to determine the cost-effectiveness of upgrading their boiler plant and to evaluate the cost-effectiveness of other steam-saving measures. As part of this study, Michaels will conduct an on-site inspection of the boiler plant, steam distribution and condensate return systems, and steam end uses.
