At Michaels Energy, our employees focus on information sharing to foster growth and success.  From regular internal trainings on core business topics, to frequent technical trainings taught by colleagues, to opportunities to attend external conferences and workshops - Michaels promotes educational growth for all our employees.  We also offer a tuition reimbursement program for those employees looking to continue learning outside of the work environment.

A casual work environment is part of the laid back culture at Michaels.  No, you don't need a tie, or even khakis.  Jeans will do just fine (fortunately for us, denim chaps do NOT count as jeans).

Have we mentioned we're into the whole healthy lifestyle thing?
