Tabitha Vigliotti, MEM, MPP, Certified Change Practitioner, LSSBB
Continuous Improvement Lead
Efficiency isn’t just about energy—it’s about how we think, work, and connect. I’m here for the kind of change that moves the needle for people, planet, and performance.
Tabitha Vigliotti joined Michaels Energy in 2025 as the Continuous Improvement Lead, where she helps enhance internal processes and quality systems that support program delivery and business growth. Her role blends strategic thinking with hands-on problem solving—ensuring that improvement efforts align with Michaels’ values of proactive service, intuitive analysis, and collaborative execution.
Tabitha brings a comprehensive cross-sector perspective to her work, having delivered demand-side management programs across utilities, clean‑tech, and program implementers. She’s worked both in front-line program delivery and behind-the-scenes continuous improvement, giving her a holistic view of DSM delivery and company design.
Tabitha’s Texas upbringing around the Texas oil industry gave her an early education in navigating strong opinions, bridging divides, and translating between perspectives. That grounding now informs her clean-energy focus and coalition-building across diverse stakeholders.
Tabitha holds two master’s degrees from Duke University in public policy and in environmental management & economics and a University of Florida bachelor’s degree in ecology. She is certified in change management, Lean and Six Sigma. She’s a lifelong learner with a talent for connecting dots and building alignment across teams. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking Colorado’s trails, scuba diving, making mixed-media art, and salsa dancing.
