Mike Paulsin brings nearly four decades of financial leadership experience to Michaels Energy, shaped largely through hands-on, operational roles across a wide range of public and private companies. He is a practical, business-focused financial leader who helps organizations understand where they are today and chart a clear path forward.

Before joining Michaels Energy in December 2025, Mike held senior leadership positions in multiple industries, developing a deep appreciation for the value of strong mentorship and collaboration—assets he believes don’t always show up on a balance sheet, but make a lasting difference.

Mike holds an MBA in Finance from California State University, Fullerton, and a BS in Industrial Management from Purdue University.

Outside of work, Mike enjoys spending time with his family and close friends. He is an avid sports fan and enjoys staying active through a variety of outdoor pursuits.
