Energy efficient products don’t just save you money on your bills but often provide a more comfortable living experience as well.

Matt joined Michaels Energy as an Energy Advisor in the spring of 2026 with the goal of helping customers save money and energy. Previously, he worked as a program manager for CLEAResult until becoming a stay-at-home parent during the COVID-19 pandemic. After 6 years at home with his 2 kids, he’s re-entered the work force with a renewed passion for energy efficiency.

Matt graduated from the University of Iowa with a Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular Genetics in 2011.

When he’s not working on saving energy, Matt enjoys spending his time listening to music, cooking, and playing with his 2 kids.
