Justin Greenwell
Customer Support Representative
I have always been mindful of efficiency in my life and my work experiences. This job is my first experience with energy efficiency, but I am already excited about learning and implementing efficiency methods to help our customers and the environment.
Justin joined Michaels Energy in mid-February 2025, driven by his passion for making the world a better place through clean energy solutions. He brings 14 years of experience in customer service, having assisted customers with mortgage concerns over the phone and managed files and documents behind the scenes. In addition, Justin dedicated 14 years to providing overnight support and security for individuals with disabilities.
He earned an Associate’s Degree in Art from Ellsworth Community College in 2006 and a Bachelor’s Degree in Art from the University of Northern Iowa in 2008, with the goal of pursuing a career in Graphic Design. However, when a temporary position didn’t materialize, he shifted to customer service, honing his computer and communication skills, primarily in the real estate sector.
In his free time, Justin enjoys hiking at parks, watching movies, and listening to music with his wife, Tesia (pronounced Tea-sha), and their three children—Jayda, Madison, and Micah. He also has a passion for reading, drawing, and painting.
