Customer Support Representative
Being a part of making the world a healthier place is very important to me. My family is always actively trying to be as energy efficient as possible and be less wasteful. I enjoy following a career path that allows me to help others do the same while also saving them money.
Emily joined the Michaels Energy team in 2021 as a customer support representative. She started as a temp which included duties related to energy efficiency projects such as making outbound calls to customers and taking incoming calls from them as well. Emily enjoyed working for a company that’s all about energy efficiency, so she accepted a full time position with the team in 2025.
Before coming to Michaels Energy, Emily attended the University of Northern Iowa in Cedar Falls. She spent four years there and earned a Bachelor of Arts in General Studies.
Outside of work, Emily enjoys spending most of her time with her two daughters. They love traveling, amusement parks, and spending time outdoors either taking walks or visiting different parks. Emily also has four dogs she loves going home to and she is passionate about rescuing animals. One of her other favorite pass times is reading. She loves a good mystery book!
