Cody joined Michaels Energy in October of 2023 as a Senior Energy Efficiency Engineer. Prior to joining he worked at Xcel Energy for 6 years in the DSM engineering group. He spent time in the residential and business teams specializing in lighting, cooling, building automation and demand response.

Cody attended Colorado School of Mines from 2013-2017 and earned a bachelors degree in chemical engineering. He received his professional engineering license in 2022.

Outside of work Cody enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids.
