Casey joined the Michaels Energy team in August 2024. In his role as a Proposal Manager, Casey oversees all aspects of proposal delivery including creating winning strategies, managing timelines and proposal processes, writing content, and project managing content creation across numerous departments and stakeholders.

Prior to joining Michaels, Casey managed proposals at ENGIE Impact for 19 years where he helped clients achieve their decarbonization goals.

Casey graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Carroll College (Montana) with a double major in Communication Studies and Public Relations: Business Area of Emphasis.

Outside of work, Casey enjoys spending family time with his wife and two sons. They enjoy swimming, visiting amusement parks, playing Super Mario Brothers video games, and watching movies. Casey also enjoys watching any type of sporting event.
