I am passionate about advancing innovative energy solutions that help utilities strengthen customer engagement and achieve their energy efficiency goals. As demands on U.S. grid infrastructure continue to grow, comprehensive and effective energy efficiency programs are essential to managing demand and ensuring long-term system reliability. I value partnering with utility clients as a trusted advisor to deliver best-in-class solutions in a rapidly evolving energy landscape.

Bob joined Michaels in January 2026 as Business Development Director, where he focuses on driving growth by securing new clients and expanding relationships across Michaels’ utility portfolio. He has spent his entire career in the energy sector and brings a strong track record of opening new territories, identifying untapped opportunities, and winning new business. 

With more than 25 years of experience, Bob has partnered with electric, gas, and water utilities of all sizes through a consultative, solutions-driven sales approach. His background spans large, global organizations and early-stage startups, where he has succeeded both as a sales leader and an individual contributor by building trusted relationships and uncovering client needs. Bob excels at aligning strategy, product capabilities, and execution to help utilities navigate complex challenges and achieve meaningful business outcomes. Bob earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Canisius University. 

Outside of work, Bob enjoys spending time with his wife, Maria, and their two children, Emily and Bobby. Most weekends, you’ll find him coaching his kids’ sports teams on the fields and courts of Beverly, MA. He’s also a passionate New England sports fan!
