Associate Program Manager

I am passionate about building a more sustainable future and lowering emissions by cleaner and more efficient energy use. Working at Michaels allows me to contribute solutions to the climate crisis which aligns with my personal and professional goals. 

Alie joined the Michaels team in January 2025. She brings her experience in energy regulation and product management to custom project delivery and program support to energy efficiency projects in the Chicagoland area.

Alie graduated from Indiana University Kelley School of Business with a degree in Marketing and Business Analytics. She then went on to receive her Master’s in Science from a joint-program with the University College Dublin in Ireland and Justus Liebig University in Germany with a degree in Global Change: Ecosystem Science and Policy in 2023. She went on to work for the Irish utility regulator as a demand flexibility and ancillary services analyst and brings diverse international background to her position.

In her free time, she enjoys long-distance running, embroidery, and dance. She enjoys spending time with her extended family and traveling both domestically and internationally, which provides her the great opportunity to try new and delicious food.
