Business Applications Manager

Insanity is sometimes defined as doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. In my role, I get to support our company as well as our customers in helping them reach their efficiency goals. My success is measured by their success. Each day brings a new opportunity to explore new and innovative ideas, which is quite the opposite of insanity.

Paige started her career in 2013 as Project Coordinator, later moving into the Senior Project Coordinator role. In 2022 she became a Product Manager  for the Research & Evaluation team before being promoted to Business Applications Manager in June of 2024.

As the Business Applications Manager, Paige is responsible for managing and delivering  Michaels’ Business Intelligence and Software Strategies. Using her more than 10 years of experience in the energy-efficiency industry, she works closely with internal and external clients to development and deliver solutions for supporting Michaels’ portfolio of program offering and services.

Paige earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management as well as a Master of Business Administration, both from the University of Wisconsin, La Crosse.

Outside of work, Paige enjoys spending time with her husband Adam and black lab, Griffin. On any given day you can find her outdoors, either walking her dog, hiking, gardening, or hunting.
