Project Coordinator

My commercial and residential construction background has become more dialed in, and as my career has grown, I’ve realized how much more of an impact I want to make to the world and those around me (no matter how small). Pursuing a career in energy efficiency with a group of great colleagues felt like the natural next challenge to take on.

Daniela joined the Michaels team in April of 2024. Daniela is a seasoned professional with ten years of experience in the construction industry, specifically in project coordination focused on accounting and subcontract administration. Daniela has worked with several commercial general contractors and residential outfits in the Denver area, where she supported various departments, including C-level executives, and managed accounting and administrative support functions.

Daniela is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business management with a specialization in project management from Colorado State University Global. Daniela is excited to continue enhancing her skillset through education.

When she isn’t working or studying, Daniela can be found enjoying time with her husband, Andrew, two daughters, Camila and Emmie, and chocolate lab, Cabella.
