Erica Eimer

Project Coordinator

Erica’s dedication to conservation has been a lifelong pursuit. However, it was during late nights spent awake with her newborn, watching sustainability documentaries, that she truly realized her calling to contribute to decarbonization through the built environment. She is deeply committed to being a part of the climate solution for future generations. “We don’t have to engage in grand, heroic actions to participate in change. Small acts, when multiplied by millions of people, can transform the world.” – Howard Zinn

Erica joined the Michaels team as a Project Coordinator in March 2024. With a background in building science and energy management, she is passionate about efficiency, energy conservation, and climate action. Most recently, she served as the Energy Program Assistant at Western Technical College, where she supported the Sustainability Director and managed energy data for the campuses in western Wisconsin.

Erica holds an associate degree in Building Science and Energy Management from Western Technical College. She also graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire with a bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders and Spanish.

In her free time, Erica enjoys the company of friends and family, hiking, reading and traveling.
