Proposal Coordinator

I believe it is everyone’s responsibility to preserve the earth, and I am so fortunate to work for a company that shares and lives that value.

Stella joined the Michaels team in October 2024. She coordinates the proposal process to help create winning bids. This includes maintaining proposal content, coordinating responses, and searching for opportunities. She also manages the Michaels Minneapolis office.

Prior to joining Michaels, Stella graduated with a degree in Economics from Wichita State University and worked in the food and agriculture business with a focus on supply chain. She eagerly applies her supply chain background to help understand processes from end-to-end. Additionally, she is passionate about DEI in the workplace and advancing equity in the community.

In her free time, Stella enjoys spending time with friends and cooking. She loves trying different foods and chatting about the weather (seriously, she loves small talk about the weather!).
