Michaels Energy Division hires new Energy Engineer

La Crosse, WI – September 2, 2009 – Michaels Engineering would like to announce the addition of a new Energy Efficiency Division team member, David Werner.

Werner has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from South Dakota State University and a Master of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Iowa State University.  His graduate work includes industrial/manufacturing energy assessments through ISU’s Industrial Assessment Center, a DOE-funded program.

David’s recent work experience includes HVAC system installation, summertime work with Caterpillar for two years, and part-time work with Daktronics for one year.  He is also a LEED® Accredited Professional (AP).

David will be located in La Crosse and can be contacted via email at ddw@michaelsenergy.com.

The entire staff at Michaels Engineering would like to welcome David to our organization.  His education, accreditations and experience make him a valuable addition to the Energy Efficiency team.
